Total War Shogun does not handle technical support. The reason is there are sites dedicated to technical support in the community already so we can stick to strategic matters. Here are some links to those sites.
	Erado San's Total War Domain - Erado is the be all end all of technical knowledge with STW. If he can't answer your question than no one can.
	TotalWar.com Support Page - This is the official support site for the game. It contains the most common bugs and fixes so check here first. It contains System Requirements, Manual Addendums, known issues, and contact numbers.
