The bad news: the date is almost a month later, on the 20th of July. The good news: the release of both the expansion pack to the original game, known as Mongol Invasion, and the pack containing both the original and the expansion, the Warlord Edition, will occur simultaneously, everywhere. | The Shôgun: Total War Official Community Site has made public the definitive release date for the STW expansion pack (again, barring unexpected delays). In the United States of America (as well as Canada, probably), the Warlord Edition of the game, containing both the original game and the Mongol Invasion expansion pack, will enter the stores on the 29th of June. At the same time, the Mongol Invasion expansion pack, only, will enter retail stores in Europe. The "bare" expansion pack will be made available for purchase (for those North Americans who already own the original game) online at the www.ea.com online store. The European release of the Warlord Edition combined version will follow two or three months later. This is it - the definitive statement. Until further notice. | ||
